9 hour delay cost us more money had to get a taxi to get a car rental. Our car rental fell through. Couldn't tour Moncton we missed our plans to do that.
9 hour delay. I've been a customer and have recommended via rail.
Missed our car rental. Missed our only day at Moncton. No explanation for delay until we got off 25 hours later and customer service says we never compensate. I'm shocked at the changes of via rail.
Used to be so pleasant. A few people have mentioned receiving discount in next trip. I guess you pick and choose that . I was hoping to continue to use via rail.
It's the first time my son used it 7nder my recommendation.
I feel like an idiot for that now. Hopefully we could have a compensation so I could tell him I told you they were good!

Never again,My partner and l are still recovering from
London Ont to Halifax NS 9 Aug 23, my partner picked up the train in Aldershot.Returned 13 Aug Halifax to London Partner got off in Aldershot.Return journey a nightmare,cabin had no light in the bathroom( very difficult for two seniors 88 and 89 respectively to cope
with, requested Change of cabin none available,
To top it all all disposable flatware cups and dishes in the dining room(
apparently due to dish washer out of action) and Via has the audacity
to call this business class!!shame on you!! My partner and l were so looking forward to this trip,and now feel it was a complete waste of money and time.We have both travelled on sleeper via trains several times, without complaints!.
